(Centennial College & Knightstone Capital Management) An 8-storey building located at 945 Progress Ave. In addition to being a residental building; the main floor houses seven labs, a teaching restaurant & nine classrooms. The top floor includes a conference & banquet centre. The development was completed in 2016.
